What Does this MRI Scan Result Mean?

My MRI shows multiple mild disc bulges in the lumbar region with flattening of the ventral thecal sac at L1-L2. Additionally there are some annular tearing of the disc at L5-S1 and endplate osteophyte and disc protusion there as well. In the L5-S1 there is a signigicant dilation/dural ectasia demonstrated at the lumborsacral junction extending for greater than 10 cm. Schmoral node formation is prominent throughout the region. Are these serious issues?
